    What’s the blade maintenance schedule like?

    Seems like after cutting a couple metric tons per hour, at a minimum, some honing will be needed

    This process would be so much more efficient with a little safety innovation. The hesitation is slowing down the onion/minute rate.

    Man, i do love some random person waving their un-gloved hand through my chopped produce.

    Also am i dumb, or is there not a guard on the rotating parts? One slip with those long sleeves and you turn into the lathe video.
